These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VW Beetle Build platform ("Service") provided by COLLINGHAMCO LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using VW Beetle Build, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on VW Beetle Build for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Modify or copy the materials
• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on VW Beetle Build
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• • Transmit the materials to anyone or replicate the materials on any network
• • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of VW Beetle Build

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• • Maintain the security of your password
• • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. User Content

Your build configurations, descriptions, and any submitted content ("User Content") remain your property. By uploading or sharing content, you grant COLLINGHAMCO LTD a license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

You warrant that you own or have the right to all User Content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms.

4. Purchased Services

When you purchase a Render Pack, consultation, or other paid services:

• • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• • Render Packs are delivered as digital files and cannot be returned
• • Consultation bookings may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice
• • Refunds are at the Company's discretion

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of VW Beetle Build—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—are owned by COLLINGHAMCO LTD, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. COLLINGHAMCO LTD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COLLINGHAMCO LTD shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• • Any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service

8. Third-Party Links

VW Beetle Build may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms of service.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• • Engage in spamming or fraudulent activity
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to VW Beetle Build at any time, with or without cause. Termination may result in the deletion of all account data and builds.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of VW Beetle Build constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
